Your Order

1. Please pay for your items using our secure checkout.

2. You will receive an email confirming your order and payment.

3. Your items will either be packed for despatch or ordered into production.

4. If ordered into production, we will mail you to keep you informed of approximate manufacture time.

5. Goods will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier.

6. You will receive an email from us informing you of despatch.

Returns

In the event of any goods being damaged in transit, or in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 7 days and we will send you returns details.

You must clearly state the reason for the return, your name and order number and payment will be refunded.

Postage costs incurred on the shipping or return of faulty or damaged goods will be refunded.

Any postage costs (and additional postage costs) incurred by the consumer returning non-faulty items will not be refunded. Items bought in error may also be returned, but postage will remain the customer's responsibility.

UK Delivery

If we don’t have an item in stock, or if we are getting it made up bespoke for your order we will contact you (usually by email) to keep you informed of progress.

In Stock Items

We endeavour to despatch in-stock items as speedily as possible, usually within 48 hours. However, during busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays please allow extra time.

Out of Stock Items

Please be aware that these are premium, hand finished items and due to the amount of finishes per item we can't carry large quantities of each item in stock. We may have products made up specifically for your order.

Lead times are shown on the "Product Page" of each item, but we ask to please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for premium brass based products and 4-5 weeks for real bronze products.

International Delivery

We don’t automate international deliveries. If ordering from outside the UK, please mail us at [email protected] and we will work out a shipping estimate for you.

Please note; international orders are not ordered into production until all funds have cleared.
