Where possible we aim to have UK Made Ironmongery orders dispatched within 5 working days, with many orders dispatched within 48 hours.
Please be aware however, that these are premium, hand finished items and due to the amount of finishes per item we can't carry large quantities of each item in stock. We may have products made up specifically for your order.
Lead times are shown on the "Product Page" of each item, but are normally 3-5 weeks for premium brass based (all brass, chrome and nickel) products, 4-5 weeks for real bronze products, 4-5 weeks for pewter products and 2-3 weeks for antique iron products.
If you need items delivered quickly please email us at [email protected].uk listing the products you require and we can tell you if we have the items in stock or give you an estimated lead time.
In the event that we don't have an item in stock and will take more than 7 working days to dispatch, we will contact you and give you the option of a full refund.
Delivery Times
We will contact you via email when your order is deapatched. Depending on the weight, most orders will be shipped either via Roayl Mail or a nominated courier. Within the UK, delivery times from despatch are usually between one and three working days.
