Description

A traditional, Victorian style reeded wooden door knob. Mounted on a polished nickel, reeded rose, to suit rim furniture.

The “lock-side” knob is fixed to the spindle. The “door-side” knob is screwed onto the spindle and the rose screwed to the door.

Although not British-made, this is a nice quality reeded wooden door knob, manufactured in Europe.

This elegant Victorian Beehive door knob is superbly crafted in solid ebony – a wood long regarded as one of the finest and most decorative hardwoods, which polishes to a lustrous finish and is excellent for achieving fine details when turned.

Suitable for use with rim lock furniture (either latch or lock) this knob set can be used as either an external or internal door knob.
