A hand-finished, cast brass centre door knob from Kirkpatrick, manufactured in a traditional English ironfoundry.

These centre door knobs are “pull knobs”, not “working” front door knobs. They are fitted in the centre of the door and bolted through from the back of the door, either for purely aesthetic / decorative purposes or to be used as pull knobs, to help close your front door.

These cast brass centre door knobs are traditionally made here in the UK and finished by hand. Kirkpatrick’s long tradition of manufacturing means that they have a style and authenticity which is lacking in the cheap imitations which are available. Their workforce is skilled in the traditional methods of production, which have not changed in essence over the last 156 years.

Although we try to keep as much in stock as possible, we are currently experiencing delays at the forge with all cast iron items, resulting in longer lead times. As such, please allow approximately six weeks for manufacture and delivery.
