Description

A hand-finished, cast brass oval door knob mounted on a round rose, to suit rim furniture.

The “lock-side” knob is fixed to the spindle. The “door-side” knob is screwed onto the spindle and the rose screwed to the door.

Each door knob is traditionally made here in the UK and finished by hand, all in a traditional ironfoundry.

Kirkpatrick’s long tradition of manufacturing means that they have a style and authenticity which is lacking in the cheap imitations which are available. Their workforce is skilled in the traditional methods of production, which have not changed in essence over the last 156 years.

Suitable for use with rim lock furniture (either latch or lock) this cast brass knob set can be used as either an external or internal door knob.
